On the sell side of our starter home she provided wonderful resources for staging and photography, was detailed in discovering and highlighting all the work we’d done to the home in the last 10 years, and worked with us to do back to back open houses so I didn’t have to get my littles out of the house too often (or constantly chase after them keeping it stage ready! 😅) for showings. She helped us to mull over the multiple offers we received to choose the best one and kept us calm and informed through hiccups on the way to the closing table. She was always available night or day to answer any and all questions we had through the process. Maria worked tirelessly to get us into our beautiful forever home. Multiple showings in a day for many days a month, and kept watch on the kiddos so Mom and Dad could take a good look around each home. She asked lots of questions to pin point exactly what we were looking for in a home and then was creative with up to the minute information on what was going to make our offer stick out once we found “the one.” She helped us to win a contract on a gorgeous home that checked EVERY item of our wish list!!! Maria is empathetic and kind, and in this business for ALL the right reasons. She truly felt the anxieties, excitements, frustrations and joy that is the home buying process in 2022 right along with us. She is someone you’ll keep contact with long after she’s sold and or found your new home, and we could not have possibly had a better experience with her.

She worked with us for months until we found the perfect one! She answered all of our questions and concerns and made the entire process so easy. We recently had a big life change and needed a new home. We called Maria again to help us sell and buy at the same time!! Once again she blew it out of the water! We closed on both homes same day and she made everything so easy for us! We have a beautiful new home and we couldn’t have done it without her. She has also sold the homes of several friends and a few family members for me. She is easy too work with, put up with our/ other realtors shenanigan's with pure professionalism, made the whole process easy to understand and created a realitively stress free environment.
